The Fulop Administration has made it a priority to expand opportunities for veterans, as proven with the building of the first-ever housing for homeless veterans.  The mission of Jersey City’s Office of Veterans Affairs is to advocate for Jersey City’s Veterans.  Our focus is to provide professional level services to help veterans obtain viable employment, housing, educational opportunities and social engagement. The vision of this department is to Educate, Empower and Engage our veterans as best we can and grow to be a valuable resource in helping them improve their quality of life.
